With our in house developers we have developed software to significantly increase the speed of the mold building process. We can reduce a typical mold build time of 4-9 weeks to just a few days. With this advancement our customers are able to get real injection molded parts to use either as production or prototype.

Cost
The cost of manufacturing injection molds depends on a very large set of factors ranging from number of cavities, size of the parts (and therefore the mold), complexity of the pieces, expected tool longevity, surface finishes and many others.

The initial cost is great, however the piece part cost is low, so with greater quantities the overall price decreases. With global competition, companies with an ISO-Quality system usually will have better pricing as they have streamed lined their process and produce less defects. Mold Cost Guidline.

How we can make the claim
We use only quality mold components.
Our injection molds are built with extreme high tolerance tool metal conditions. This eliminates the metal to metal shock during the molding process that reduces the mold life and usually results in mold repair.
Our molding company has its own tooling room where each mold is maintained every time it is run. Other companies do not maintain their molds until the tool breaks, then they call you and tell you the life of your tool is running out.
We run your parts on all electric molding machines. This eliminates over shooting the part, which can cause mold damage by smashing parting line and cores. Our electric molding machines shot size repeats .0005" giving the most consistent part-to-part molding process in the plastics industry.
Last. We personally stand behind every mold we build and run. Simply put you will never get a mold repair or rebuild invoice from us for the life of your project (unlimited Parts).
